5scoops (50g)Naked Nutrition Collagen Powder
3.5scoops (50g)Naked Nutrition Choc PB Powder
9ounces (250g)Unsweetened Cacao Wafers (or >90% dark chocolate)
1.5cups (150g)Coconut Butter/Manna
Fewdrops or dashsweetener to taste(optional)
Line a rimmed baking dish with parchment paper (Tip: spray the dish with cooking spray first to help hold the parchment paper in place).
In a medium pot over low heat, add all ingredients. Stir frequently until completely melted.
Pour into baking dish and spread evenly. Let set in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours or until solid. Remove from dish by simply pulling the parchment paper out. Cut into desired amounts (I chose small squares) and enjoy!
