Remove bacon from skillet with a slotted spoon and let drain on a paper towel. Add kale to bacon grease and sauté until wilted. Add whisked eggs and spices to wilted kale. Stir and cook until almost firm. Sprinkle with cheese and arrange cooked bacon on top. Bake until cheese is melted and eggs run clear, about 5 to 8 minutes.
