This program includes monthly workouts specifically created for your lifestyle and goals and is 100% customized to your needs and equipment availability. Whether you have a gym membership or just a few dumbbells at home, I’ll design a program that works for you!

  • You will be emailed an intake questionnaire form upon purchase that I will use to make a customized program tailored specifically to you. Please allow up to 5-days after purchase and receipt of the completed questionnaire form for delivery of your program.

  • The workouts will be designed to help you reach your specific goals every 4-weeks. I will provide detailed instructions and guidance, video tutorials and you will have access to email me any questions you may have about the workouts during the 4-week period.

    This program was a life saver! I was always involved in sports and struggled after college when I didn’t have someone customizing my workouts for me. I am super busy with work and love how this program allows me to workout in the comfort of my own home and not have scheduled workout times.     So glad I purchased this program! I don’t have a gym membership and prefer to workout at home and Rachel customized my plan based on the equipment I had available.
