60-minute nutrition assessment and counseling session (via phone) with nutrition expert Rachel Gregory, MS, CNS, ATC, CSCS. Using the information gathered in this session, Rachel will develop an individualized nutrition program tailored to your needs and goals with a customized meal plan, daily accountability, and follow-up sessions offered on a weekly basis.

  • Initial Consult

    During your initial consult, Rachel will review your nutrition and health history, conduct a complete wellness profile and evaluate potential areas where changes need to be made to meet your specific goals.

  • 1-on-1 Consulting

    You’ll have direct access to Rachel via email throughout the initial consult week and with subsequent follow-up weeks.

  • Personalized Nutrition Plan

    You will receive an individualized plan catered towards your personal nutrition and health goals with 24/7 accountability through Rachel’s specialized tracking system. *A Personalized Workout Program is also offered at an additional cost if desired.

    Rachel was a real help to get me started and keeping me going on a Keto eating plan. With a couple of complications, including a heavy travel schedule at work, and a spouse that was sure a keto diet would kill me, I was having a hard time getting started. With Rachel’s guidance I was able to get started and lose some weight even with a greater then 50% travel job that takes me around the world. Thanks Rachel!

    Before working with Rachel, I’d done a lot of research into keto. And, with varying degrees of success, I’d already practiced it on my own. Now, after a month of Killin’ It Keto, what I wouldn’t give to have started with Rachel ten years ago. Thanks to her expert guidance, we took my nutrition plan to the next level, and the results were immediate. She has a system that is as easy as painting by numbers. But she was willing to customize my plan to accommodate my preferences. She took the time to understand my weaknesses and triggers so that we could plan for them. I can’t say enough about how having to report to a coach has helped in the accountability department. Things that I couldn’t find the motivation to do on my own have become almost effortless. Forget the next 21 days; I’m looking forward to the next 21!

    Changing an intregal part of life is a great challenge. Rachel’s background and knowledge are both great assets in working together to meet nutritional requirements and personal taste. She’s a great listener and provides good feedback. What a coach!

    There is a learning curve with the Keto Lifestyle, but I felt so prepared with the extensive knowledge that Rachel provided during our sessions. Rachel explained everything in a way that was simple and understandable. She was always there whenever I had questions or concerns and continuously adjusted my plan so that I could find what worked for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better Nutrition Coach.

    Rachel teaches you the keto lifestyle in a way that is easy to understand and implement. She is quick to answer questions and also quick to adjust a program to your individual lifestyle. She maintains the approach of doing what is right for the individual and not a “one size fits all” approach which is extremely helpful. I enjoy learning fun recipes from her as well as the health benefits that come with keto. She is passionate and kind, and I’m lucky to be able to work with her on betting my health and diet lifestyle.
