    The ketogenic diet works because of complex reactions in your body; however, the diet itself doesn’t have to be complex! Our 21-Day Keto Challenge simplifies weight-loss and optimized health with a day-to-day learning and accountability system.

    Each morning of the 21-Day Keto Challenge, you will wake up to an email that features a “Keto topic of the day” with related videos, recipes, the newest research and much more!

    We’ll also include specific meal plans to fit your eating preference (i.e., paleo, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, etc.), approved food lists, keto educational guides, daily accountability emails and access to our private Facebook group. By the end of the challenge, you’ll be a Keto Expert, managing your own diet and dominating your health and fitness goals.

    Killin It Keto Founder Rachel Gregory, MS, CNS, ATC, CSCS, has specialized in the ketogenic lifestyle for several years and formulated this 21-Day Keto Challenge to address everything from mistakes to misinformation that she has seen her clients struggle with in the past.

    When joining the 21-Day Keto Challenge, you’ll be in contact with Rachel whenever you need her. She will share her vast knowledge on the ketogenic diet with you and answer any questions you have throughout the entire 21-day course.
